“Reshop Navi” is Japan’s largest home remodeling company matching service, committed to providing \u201cSatisfaction in your remodeling experience\u201d. With over 4,500 carefully selected remodeling companies nationwide, users can easily search for companies that meet their specific needs online, enabling them to receive multiple estimates and make comparisons. To address the biggest challenge facing the remodeling industry, the “Mismatch between users and remodeling companies,” Reshop Navi has a specialized staff conducting telephone interviews and navigation with users, enabling high-quality matching between users and remodeling companies. It has the largest monthly active users, averaging 1.2 million users per month, providing a secure way to find the perfect remodeling company. In October 2024, Reshop Navi celebrated its 11th anniversary since its inception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “Reshop Navi Awards,” hosted by “Reshop Navi,” is a recognition system for registered companies that honors the top-performing remodeling companies based on data compiled from customer reviews. Awards are given in three categories: “Top 10 in Number of Contracts (East Japan\/West Japan),” “Top 10 in Contract Value (East Japan\/West Japan),” and “User Satisfaction.” In FY 2025\/3, 131 companies were awarded from approximately 4,500 registered companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u3000We are sincerely grateful to have successfully held the “Reshop Navi Award FY2025\/3” again this year. This marks the sixth edition of the event, and it is thanks to our participating registered companies and the support of our users. We truly appreciate it. In particular, the number of companies receiving the \u201cUser Satisfaction Award\u201d has continued to increase each year, with a record-high 118 companies honored this year. As the source of this recognition, we are delighted to highlight that many of our registered companies, which have grown alongside Reshop Navi, continue to provide customers with exceptional home remodeling experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, we received expressions of joy and gratitude from many of the award-winning companies, along with their enthusiasm to strive for even greater achievements. Additionally, even companies that narrowly missed receiving an award shared positive comments such as \u201cnext time for sure,\u201d making this a truly valuable opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the importance of online customer acquisition in the remodeling industry continues to grow, we will continue to promote the enhancement of remodeling information and the optimization of matching through various initiatives, including awards, and are committed to providing a better remodeling experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
