While providing consulting services for HR business operators in our company, we have identified a challenge in the form of many businesses feeling the need for smartphone-first service offerings and generative AI compatibility. However, due to reasons such as \u201ca lack of DX talent\u201d or \u201cinsufficient in-house development resources,\u201d many of these businesses have had to abandon the idea of smartphone app development and AI utilization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In light of this situation, Brainlab has developed the \u201cMyRec\u201d platform, leveraging our expertise in assisting over 1,300 companies with digitalization.
